On April 19, 2012, I did a radio interview with Robert Stanley on Unicus Radio.
Apparently something was happening with his set-up. My Skype connection was dropped several times and then finally the whole show went down. Robert continued a while later but by then I had departed thinking the show was more or less over. What an interesting experience!

In an ExopoliticsTV news interview and a statement dated Nov. 8, 2011, a human representative of the reported Andromeda Council confirmed a communication from a reported commander of the Andromeda Council biosphere spaceship deployed around Earth that a specific reported Draco and Hydra reptilian undersea base on the ocean floor in the East China sea has been destroyed.
In his statement, Tolec, the human Andromeda Council representative stated “The result of the final, crippling sonic energy beam strike the people from Procyon used today destroyed this undersea complex, and created an amazing decompression resulting in a 6.9 quake on the ocean floor. Resulting in the total collapse & destruction of this base.”

The location of the reportedly destroyed Draco & Hydra reptilian undersea base was revealed to this reporter in a Nov. 2, 2011 email from Tolec (reproduced below), with time-stamped maps. The location of the reported reptilian base is almost identical to that of a Nov. 8 – 6.9 undersea quake in the East China Sea reported by the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS). One observer stated, “I checked the USGS earthquake center against the slide show map of the base location and they are about 200 miles apart.”

The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) in fact reported a 6.9 earthquake in the East China Sea on Tuesday Nov. 8, 2011 at 02:59:06 AM UTC, location 27.291°N, 125.868°E at a depth of 209.5 km (130.2 miles).

One knowledgeable observer stated, “Whatever happened on the afternoon of Tuesday 08 Nov 2011 (Aust EST) was big. It put a massive energy pulse through the entire crust of the planet. Every continent “shook” – scroll through the attached PDF from the USGS Live server on Tuesday afternoon.
“The timing coincides roughly with the earthquake off Taiwan yesterday [Nov. 8, 2011] – 6.9 quake north east of Taiwan. Draco & Hydra reptilians
In his statement, Tolec also emphasized the targeted nature of this attack was against one faction of Draco & Hydra reptilians, not against reptilian extraterrestrials as a whole.
Tolec states, “As to these specific reptilians, these undersea bases have been operated by Reptilians from the Draco & Hydra constellations… for thousands of years. I’ve learned over time they are ruthless, vicious, cruel & literally ‘cold blooded’ in their actions. With no remorse.”
Tolec continues, “I have no personal criticism of all reptilian races. I actually enjoy very much learning about the cultural diversity of many, many races. More over, I am also personally aware of one very intelligent, kind & noble reptilian race. They are vegetarians. They do not eat meat. “Confirmation of strike on Reptilian undersea base
“I was notified earlier today during work meetings, via telepathy, and I was able to confirm with the commander of the primary biosphere where many of the Andromeda Council meetings are held – the final destruction of this specific Draco & Hydra Reptilian controlled undersea base. This is the base that was on the ocean floor in the East China Sea. This is how he’s always referred to it… the East China Sea undersea base.
“The result of the final, crippling sonic energy beam strike the people from Procyon used today destroyed this undersea complex, and created an amazing decompression resulting in a 6.9 quake on the ocean floor. Resulting in the total collapse & destruction of this base.

* one could also describe this location, based on this map, as being in the East China Sea, on the ocean floor, due east of the city of Fuzhou, the capital and one of the largest cities in Fujian Province.
“The actual efforts to take out this base
“The initial attack on this base began last Wednesday, November 2rd 2011, only a few days after the Gulf of Aden base had been completely destroyed.
“They, the people of Procyon in this specific police action, continued over the course of many days with additional sonic beam strikes in an attempt to destroy this undersea base. As you can figure out, it took seven days of literal strikes to finally break through hitting what they believed was the weakest part of the Reptilian energy shield protecting this base. Even with this constant pounding, the Reptilians operating this base did everything possible to keep diverting power from other areas of their base… to in effect reinforce and ‘repair’ their energy shield to keep it going.
“The people of Procyon kept striking this area over & over again, and hitting spots around this area, to weaken it as much as possible. After seven days, they finally broke through, today, Tuesday, November 8th 2011.
“The final strike that punctured the base dome energy shield resulted in the 6.9 undersea quake. And again, like the base in the Gulf of Aden, at the moment the final sonic beam strike punctured their energy shield it created just an amazing decompression resulting in a 6.9 quake on the ocean floor. The total resulting collapse & destruction of this base. And destruction of the transmitter that was constantly pumping out fear, anxiety, control & manipulation attenuated frequencies from this undersea base to the Asia continent reaching from as far north as the Korea’s… to as far south as Laos.
“Note: there is an explanation as to why this was a much ‘bigger’, more intense quake than the quake in the Gulf of Aden. This base was much, much larger than just a “base” in the purest sense. This was a large complex, with many, many buildings under its dome. It was the size of a small city, very well fortified, a very large scale operation, many, many buildings. According to the commander of the Andromeda Council biosphere, and I’ll quote him here, this was ‘…the most fortified base of all the Reptilian undersea bases’.
“At the moment of this final strike, the one that lead to the destruction of this base, the commander showed me images of massive explosions, multiple buildings that were simultaneously exploding and/or imploding, and collapsing onto themselves.
“Like the last undersea base, with intense pressure this far deep underwater, once they finally broke though and punctured the energy shield… immediately the collapse started to occur, and the remaining parts of the base collapsed onto itself. Water rushing in from everywhere.
“Summary conclusion
“Everyone should know, the commander also told me there is now an impression on the ocean floor of where this base used to be, about the shape of a large shallow bowl that someone would see if they were able to explore this area. Even now that this base is destroyed this impression exists.
“Again, this job done was done by the Procyon people, a senior member of the Andromeda Council, holding the 4th member seat. I want to give credit where credit is due.
“I asked for a confirmation from the commander that this specific base had been completely destroyed and that no additional action was needed. He said, “yes, this base is now completely collapsed & destroyed”.
“You should all know, according to the commander, there are some additional underground & undersea Reptilian lead & controlled bases that still need to be taken out. “Many days ago on November 2nd while discussing with the commander of the primary Andromeda Council biosphere the location of the next undersea base to be taken out – he directed me to look at the multi-colored map, “Asia_Focus on China_image 1″. And, he directed me to look at an area east of the China coast to a spot in the ocean – east of the city of Hangzhou. That the undersea Reptilian base would be located in the area of the word “East”, written in white letters, for “East China Sea”.
“Then two days ago on November 8th when he directed me to look at that same map as I listed above, he this time directed me to look east of the China coast to an area more southern – east of the city of Fuzhou, a spot in the ocean… located on the word ‘Sea’, written in white letters, again, for ‘East China Sea’.
“Some of you are legitimately asking questions as to why the difference in locations.
“Therefore, I took the opportunity today to ask the commander about – why the difference in locations. It’s a valid question. He showed me some images of what this expansive base used to look like. And he gave me an answer, a legitimate answer.
“I’m going to quote what he said:”
“‘The main base, and largest base out of this whole undersea complex, where there was a huge generator and where the frequency transmitter was located, beaming the fear and anxiety frequencies toward mainland China, this base was in-fact located in the area of the word “East” – as I showed Tolec on the map.
“‘Running south from this main base was a very large complex of tunnels with multiple buildings, some large, some smaller. Think of the large complex of underground tunnels & bases that used to exist beneath your state of New Mexico, underground, in the United States. I provide this image to you as an analogy. Again, keep in mind this specific undersea base off of the coast of China was a large, large complex, the largest of them all on your planet.
“‘The actual area just north of the word “Sea” was the terminus for where this base complex ended. The buildings in this area were smaller. And the tensile strength of the Reptilian energy shield in this area was not nearly as strong as the rest of the base complex. It was much like an outpost which was used primarily for storage.
“‘After days of focusing strikes on the main base area farther north, the people from Procyon tested other areas of the energy shield, and believed it easier to penetrate this specific, more remote section of this extensive undersea base complex. They then pounded this section for days and finally broke through. This then created a triggering effect to destroy all of the other northward sections of this base complex, including the farthest north main base.
“‘However, this is why the decompression quake was registered in this specific area, south of the main base. This is where the people from Procyon broke through.”

How to evaluate any correlation between the Nov. 8, 2011 6.9 earthquake in the East China Sea and the reported destruction of a reptilian undersea base at that location
1. Independent evidence/Convergence – There is no independent evidence of the actual communications from a reported Andromeda Council extraterrestrial representative regarding the destruction of reported East China undersea Draco and Hydra reptilian base at the time of the Nov. 8, 2011 6.9 East China Sea earthquake. The evidence that exists are Tolec’s communications to us of experiences and communications he is having with the reported Andromeda Council extraterrestrial representatives themselves.
In this case, the location of the East China Sea reptilian undersea base as reported by the Andromeda Council is almost identical to (within 200 miles of) the epicenter of the earthquake as reported by the US Geological Survey. This convergence adds a measure of credulity to the possible reality of the Andromeda Council as the actual source of the communication, and of the veracity of the reported destruction of the reptilian base.
One can also evaluate the possible reality of the reported Andromeda Council scenario for destruction of the East China Sea undersea reptilian base by testing its congruence with other independent findings or reliable assertions.
3. USGS live internet Seismic Server records energy pulse accompanying 6.9 East China Sea quake as “planet-wide” – The USGS internet Seismic server recorded an energy pulse accompanying the Nov. 8 6.9 East China Sea quake as “planet-wide”. According to a knowledgeable observer, such a “planet-wide” energy pulse is quite rare. It is reasonable to correlate this energy pulse as documented by the USGS data readout as related to a possible use of sonic beam weapons by the reported Procyon representatives on the Andromeda Council.
3. Accurate prediction of location of Gulf of Aden and East China Sea earthquakes – The Andromeda Council source accurately predicted the approximate location of the epicenters of (a) the Oct. 31, 2011 Gulf of Aden undersea quake, and (b) the Nov. 8, 2011 undersea quake, and identified each of epicenters as the approximae reported location of a Draco & Hydra reptilian base, with a margin of error of 200 miles in the case of the Nov. 8 East China Sea quake. The accurate prediction of the approximate location of the earthquakes does not definitively prove the destruction of the reptilian East China Sea undersea base. The discovery of the reported “impression on the ocean floor of where this base used to be, about the shape of a large shallow bowl that someone would see if they were able to explore this area” would provide additional corroborative evidence that a structure was indeed destroyed as described.

Congruent independent analysis regarding advanced ET frequency weapons destroying reptilian deep bases at multiple locations – Independent researchers have come to similar conclusions that previous Andromeda Council sonic beam weapons against deep bases under Washington, DC, Denver, CO and elsewhere are the result of advanced ET frequency weapons.
Therefore it is reasonable to conclude that the Andromeda Council’s police action with sonic beam weapons may have resulted in the destruction of the deep reptilian bases under Washington, DC on Aug. 23, 2011, under Denver, CO and elsewhere in the USA.
It is reasonable also to conclude that these same galactic governance Andromeda Council sonic beam weapons systems and methods were applied in destroying the Gulf of Aden undersea reptilian base on Oct. 31, 2011, and the East China Sea undersea reptilian base on Nov. 8. 2011.
5. Congruency by effects – The Andromeda Council source indicates that the August 23, 2011 Virginia earthquake was correlated with the destruction of reptilian and New World Order bases under Washington, D.C. that engaged in mind control and a New World Order (reptilian) agenda with elements within the U.S. government. The Oct. 31, 2011 Gulf of Aden earthquake and the Nov. 8, 2011 East China earthquake were correlated with the destruction of the reptilian undersea bases creating conflict and fear in the Middle East and Asia, respectively.
The destruction of these three major bases, formerly sources of reptilian-triggered conflict and fear in human society and major platforms for the roll-out of the New World Order reptilian agenda, should now show up as a more positive, less conflict-filled human timeline.
6. Andromeda Council vs. Council of 8: Interdimensional and/or interstellar phenomena? – Starting in mid-2010 this reporter interacted with former NORAD officer Stanley A. Fulham, who for 10 years interacted with and was given much information by the ‘Council of 8″, a reported regional galactic governance council whose membership included the Pleiadians, the Alpha Centaurians, the Sirians and others, some of the same star systems that reportedly are also members of the “Andromeda Council.”
Mr. Fulham’s book Challenges of Change published in July 2010 predicted that on Oct 15, 2010 the Council of 8 UFO fleet would decloak itself over New York City. On Oct. 15, 2010, a decloaking of UFOs over New York City in fact occurred, as did predicted UFO decloakings over Moscow, Russia and London, UK in January 2011.
The question arises, then, what is, if any, the relationship between the entities known as the “Andromeda Council” and the “Council of 8”?
One alternative is that:
(1) The “Council of 8″ and the “Andromeda Council” may be two related manifestations of the same basic or related interdimensional phenomenon; and
(2) The interdimensional phenomenon behind the Andromeda Council may be just that – an interdimensional and not an inter-stellar phenomenon.
This is one alternative perspective. It has not as yet been fully settled on the nature of what Tolec experiences as the “Andromeda Council.” This is a natural state of events in exopolitics. We in a time-space 3rd dimension reality have only a scant understanding of higher dimensional relationships and realities.

Oh boy. Just when you think you’ve seen it all. I was just talking to my wife about the Benjamin Fulford and now David Wilcock claim that the Virginia earthquake was the nuking of two underground bases. I know, it’s wild but the story has legs apparently.
Actually, Fulford’s claims that secretive “white hats” are fighting the badass “black hats” is a pretty cool thought. Here’s what David Wilcock has to say:

Pretty dang close. Of course it could be natural underground erosion triggered by the quake…but maybe not. Should be interesting to see how this plays out.
Other anomalies
The quake seemed to have a lot of weird characteristics, but then again they haven’t had a quake of that intensity in that region for some time. In addition, the rock strata are quite different from other areas of the US and is known to make quakes travel much further.
It also apparently simultaneously knocked Hurricane Irene off-course, similar to how hurricane Erin approaching NYC on 9/11 was seemingly turned out to sea during the “magical” pulverization of the twin towers.

In an exclusive Oct. 31, 2011 ExopoliticsTV interview, the human representative of the Andromeda Council confirmed that a 5.0 earthquake reported by the U.S. Geological Survey (U.S.G.S.) to have occurred in the Gulf of Aden at 1:22 am on October 31, 2011 was in fact an effect of a sonic beam weapons attack by the Procyon star system (members of the Andromeda Council) on a Draco & Reptilian undersea base located at the same coordinates as the epicenter of the Gulf of Aden earthquake. In an October 31, 2011 statement, Tolec, the human representative of the Andromeda Council stated, “Yes, I was able to confirm this event with the commander of the primary biosphere where many of the Andromeda Council meetings are held. This was a strike by the Procyon people. They’re just doing their job as promised. This base in now completely collapsed & destroyed.”
Tolec, the human representative of the Andromeda Council, forwarded this reporter this statement confirming the Andromeda Council attack. At the time Tolec forwarded this statement, Tolec had no prior knowledge of the U.S.G.S. map or other source setting out the exact epicenter of the Gulf of Aden earthquake when he forwarded the Andromeda Council statement about this attack.
The Andromeda Council statement itself established the location of the Procyon star system sonic beam weapons attack on the reptilian base as identical to the exact location of epicenter of the Oct. 31, 2011 Gulf of Aden earthquake.
The Andromeda Council Oct. 31, 2011 attack comes a little more that two months after the Andromeda Council’s reported sonic beam weapons’ attack of August 23, 2011 that destroyed underground Orion grey and Draco & Hydra reptilian bases and tunnels under Washington, D.C. and that resulted in a shallow 0.1 km earthquake felt from Virginia to Ottawa, Canada.
Independent researchers have now stated that the August 23, 2001 Virginia-Washington, DC earthquake was the result of advanced extraterrestrial attack using frequency weapons to destroy grey, reptilian and New World Order (NWO) bases under Washington, DC, and that similar advanced extraterrestrial attacks destroyed underground reptilian and NWO bases under Denver, CO and in the southwest USA. Tolec, the Andromeda Council representative, released the following Oct. 31, 2011 statement on the 5.0 Gulf of Aden earthquake.
5.0 “Earthquake”. Gulf of Aden – Reptilian undersea base
Tolec’s statement reads as follows: “Yes, I was able to confirm this event with the commander of the primary biosphere where many of the Andromeda Council meetings are held. This was a strike by the Procyon people. They’re just doing their job as promised. This base is now completely collapsed & destroyed.
Location of the Undersea Base
“Take a look at the second map, the Google map, [from the "Andromeda Council Destroying Dangerous Undersea Bases" breaking news report], the one of the southern Saudi Arabian/Yemen/Oman peninsula, south of Yemen, where the “Gulf of Aden” is spelled out in tiny white letters against the deep blue gulf water.
“To the left of these words, “Gulf of Aden”, you will see a small square box. At the meeting of the vertical left line & horizontal top line in the far left hand corner, exactly due west of this corner is where the base was located. You can more exactly place it just north of a relatively small hill that you can see on this map. This is where the base was, just north of this hill. And next to, just west of that small hill, is a mountain range.”

The Actual Strike
“The people from Procyon were able to, again, using a specific, pin-pointed, sonic beam… they first aimed directly at what they found was the weakest part of the protective energy shield over this domed base. They kept focusing this sonic beam on this area of the shield… until they finally broke through. He showed me images of buildings collapsing unto themselves. With intense pressure that deep underwater it absolutely hastened the collapsing of all the structures inside the base. The amount of water rushing in was amazing.
“In addition, he showed me they also hit the mountain range just due west of that hill & the base… to bury the remains of this undersea base under tons of mountain rubble.
“In closing, I asked for a confirmation that this particular base had been completely destroyed and that no additional action was needed. He said, ‘Yes, it is completely destroyed.’”

Andromeda Council – Reptilian base in Gulf of Aden
In a report on the Draco and Hydra reptilian base in the Gulf of Aden published Oct. 26, 2011, the Andromeda Council representative stated (in part), “[The reptilian undersea base] is located in the area of the Gulf of Aden. This gulf is located in the Arabian Sea between Yemen, on the south coast of the Arabian Peninsula, and Somalia in the Horn of Africa. “In the northwest, it connects with the Red Sea through the Bab-el-Mandeb strait, which is about 20 miles wide. Because of what I’ve learned from my Andromedan contacts about this matter, I did some research & found out that the Gulf of Aden is already a dangerous area known as “Pirate Alley” because of the historically large amount of pirate activities located here. I’ve sent you a Google photo & a simple map of this area. As you may or may not know the “vortex” phenomena also happened in this body of water, the Gulf of Aden.
“Further, my Andromedan contacts have told me this base is deep, thousands of feet underwater, about a mile & a half (1&1/2) deep. And this base has for years beamed a very specific, highly irritating & highly agitating, fear based & anger inducing, attenuated sonic frequency’ right at the area of the Middle East, due North-Northeast’ to keep the people in this area in a constant, high state of emotional confusion, fear, agitation, anger & aggression.
“They’ve shown me, there is a transmitter that literally rises out of the ceiling of this base, much like a periscope in a submarine, and it rotates. A particular frequency is chosen which turns people against each other. Then the Reptilians turn it on. They turn it on almost every day. Reptilian base under Gulf of Aden is a priority target
“Both of these bases, the one south of the Saudi Arabian, UAE, Yemen, Oman peninsula, this is the one in the Gulf of Aden, and the one off of the coast of China -both are well fortified, re-enforced fortresses, if you will, deep under water bases located on the ocean floor. “Anything else I might say about this situation would get into tactical or strategic information. I can’t and won’t do this.
“The goal is simply to put an end to the mostly unknown, unaware ‘enslavement’ of the people of Earth.
“And the end of this war in space is concluding with the destruction of the underground & undersea bases on Earth, and removal of these malevolent Reptilians and their regressive Grey associates from our world.
“Earth IS our planet. And we have a right to be free, sovereign people.”
How to evaluate correlation of the 5.0 Gulf of Aden earthquake and the reported Andromeda Council destruction of an undersea reptilian base
1. Independent evidence/Convergence – There is no independent evidence of the actual communications from a reported Andromeda Council extraterrestrial representative regarding the destruction of reported Gulf of Aden undersea Draco and Hydra reptilian at the time of the Oct. 31, 2011 Gulf of Aden earthquake. The evidence that exists are Tolec’s communications to us of experiences and communications he is having with the reported Andromeda Council extraterrestrial representatives themselves.
In this case, the location of the Gulf of Aden reptilian base as reported by the Andromeda Council is identical to the epicenter of the earthquake as reported by the US Geological Survey. This convergence adds a measure of credulity to the possible reality of the Andromeda Council as the actual source of the communication, and of the veracity of the reported destruction of the reptilian base.
One can also evaluate the possible reality of the reported Andromeda Council scenario for destruction of the Gulf of Aden undersea reptilian base by testing its congruence with other independent findings or reliable assertions.
2. The reptilian undersea base off China
Tolec explains the goal of the destruction of the reptilian base off China as follows, “This undersea base is also in deep water, much like the undersea base in the Middle East region. This base is thousands of feet deep in the ocean off of the coast of China’ it’s a about (1) mile down located on the ocean floor.
Tolec states, “This specific base has also been here a long time, in operation for about 3,000 years. This base, like the one in the Middle East, has also beamed a very focused, very specifically attenuated fear based frequency. It’s a different sonic frequency but it works the same way, beamed right toward the Asian mainland meant to keep the people, the population of China, of this whole region as best as possible, in a place of constant emotional fear, intimidation, anxiety & control. For years these people have been highly manipulated & highly ‘controlled’ in a constant state of fear for their lives, mode. They have so few freedoms, living under the strict regime of the government. Even if this specific transmitter is set at a low level, it’s still effective. It’s turned on for approximately 30 minutes at a time. Like the undersea transmitter in the Middle East, it also rotates. Its reach is also long range & can affect the Korean Peninsula, China, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and other countries in this region.
Tolec concludes, “This is the intent of this specific energy frequency: control & manipulation through continually perpetuated fear & anxiety. Which of course generates more fear. But lets ask why. This is more important, why? Well, the Reptilians & the Greys soak up, they literally feed off of negative energy, negative emotions – like anxiety, fear, terror, much like the human drug classification of – amphetamines. It’s titled – “The Real ‘Back Story’ – The Reasons for Change. The War in Space is Over”. It’s a good brief summary.
This specific police action of taking out Reptilian & Grey underground bases’ it’s the continuance of a cleanup operation down here on Earth’ that’s the final phase of a proxy war the star systems & planets of the Andromeda Council have fought & won to free the people of planet Earth’ in first defeating these malevolent aliens out in space. Especially these Draco & Hydra based Reptilians. Everything I’ve learned about these highly intelligent, but really bad, vicious species, these specific Reptilians’ indicates they are overall very mean, vicious, calculating, manipulating, literally ‘cold blooded’ in their actions’ and very self centered. They generally don’t care about anyone else unless it serves their purposes. And for years they’ve simply perceived us humans on Earth, and perceived our planet, as natural resources’ to be consumed.
Back to the actual technology -it’s technology the people of Procyon have developed & successfully used. They’ve used this technology as one of the means to help liberate themselves from the Reptilians & Greys in their own war’ in which they won their freedom about 12 years ago.
So, as to using this technology to take out the bases – the people from Procyon use highly focused, directed & pinpointed sonic energy beams, specifically attenuated & adjusted to certain specific frequencies, meant to do two (2) things:
a.) Disrupt & disable the mental thought patterns, the brain waves, of Reptilians & Greys that were either controlling, manipulating and/or enforcing a secretive -scientific, administrative, operations & soldier work force in these bases. For this effort they used one specifically highly attenuated, high frequency, sonic beam that would Incapacitate them. The humans in these bases, on the other hand, would not hear this sound, did not hear this sound, nor would they be affected by it. And as you know, humans were removed from these facilities.
b.) The second goal was meant to obliterate, destroy, and collapse the physical structure of these underground bases. It was meant to ensure these bases would become completely inoperable, and closed off. For this effort the people from Procyon used a highly concentrated, but much lower frequency & far more compressed sonic beam’ meant to destruct matter. It does the job quite well. They thumped these bases pretty good. No more operable bases.
QUESTION 2.) You recently said they’ve had very good success in taking out many other bases around the globe, that it’s been pretty easy going actually. But you also said they’re having somewhat of a challenge with a couple of specific bases. Can you talk about these? ANSWER: I sure can, but only in some detail. I don’t want to speak about specific locations, and I don’t want to give away any strategic or tactical information I know about’ in terms of the Andromeda Council’s plans to take these bases out.

QUESTION 3.) You’ve told me the Middle-East region has an undersea base. What can you tell me about this particular base? ANSWER: Well, first off, it’s located in the area of the Gulf of Aden. This gulf is located in the Arabian Sea between Yemen, on the south coast of the Arabian Peninsula, and Somalia in the Horn of Africa. In the northwest, it connects with the Red Sea through the Bab-el-Mandeb strait, which is about 20 miles wide. Because of what I’ve learned from my Andromedan contacts about this matter, I did some research & found out that the Gulf of Aden is already a dangerous area known as “Pirate Alley” because of the historically large amount of pirate activities located here. I’ve sent you a Google photo & a simple map of this area. As you may or may not know the “vortex” phenomena also happened in this body of water, the Gulf of Aden.
Further, my Andromedan contacts have told me this base is deep, thousands of feet underwater, about a mile & a half (1 •••) deep. And this base has for years beamed a very specific, highly irritating & highly agitating, fear based & anger inducing, attenuated sonic frequency’ right at the area of the Middle East, due North-Northeast’ to keep the people in this area in a constant, high state of emotional confusion, fear, agitation, anger & aggression.
They’ve shown me, there is a transmitter that literally rises out of the ceiling of this base, much like a periscope in a submarine, and it rotates. A particular frequency is chosen which turns people against each other. Then the Reptilians turn it on. They turn it on almost every day. However, if people were underwater, or standing on the land, they would not be able to this frequency, this beam, with their own eyes. It’s sonic, a sound frequency. And, it’s out of our spectrum. But, this is how the Reptilians dominate & control these people. This particular base has been in operation about 5,000 years. And the highly agitating sonic vibratory energies beamed from this base also reach as far as Syria, Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan and a bunch of other countries in the region, including Israel and Palestine. This is powerful technology that is very far ranging, reaches a very long distance’ serious long-range capability. And it only takes about 15 minutes of operation, of this transmitter being on & activated’ for people in this area to start to feel its effects. Explains a lot doesn’t it.

QUESTION 4.) You’ve told me there is a base off of the coast of China. What can you tell me about this operation? ANSWER: Yes, this undersea base is also in deep water, much like the undersea base in the Middle East region. This base is thousands of feet deep in the ocean off of the coast of China’ it’s a about (1) mile down located on the ocean floor.
This specific base has also been here a long time, in operation for about 3,000 years. This base, like the one in the Middle East, has also beamed a very focused, very specifically attenuated fear based frequency. It’s a different sonic frequency but it works the same way, beamed right toward the Asian mainland’ meant to keep the people, the population of China, of this whole region as best as possible, in a place of constant emotional fear, intimidation, anxiety & control. For years these people have been highly manipulated & highly controlled’ in a constant state of fear for their lives, mode. They have so few freedoms, living under the strict regime of the government. Even if this specific transmitter is set at a low level, it’s still effective. It’s turned on for approximately 30 minutes at a time. Like the undersea transmitter in the Middle East, it also rotates. Its reach is also long range & can affect the Korean Peninsula, China, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and other countries in this region.
This is the intent of this specific energy frequency: control & manipulation through continually perpetuated fear & anxiety. Which of course generates more fear. But lets ask why. This is more important, why? Well, the Reptilians & the Greys soak up, they literally feed off of negative energy, negative emotions – like anxiety, fear, terror, much like the human drug classification of – amphetamines. The Reptilians, they crave this human emotion fear, as a consumable, as one food source. As with any drug, the more they have, the more they want.
So, you can see why a base like this is so important to the Reptilians & Greys’ as it controls a very large population of people, the people of the country of China, and a good portion of the Asian continent. Think of this, a whole population of people, controlled, manipulated and monitored – held in check in a constant state of fear. That’s a huge source of ‘food’ or if you will, of a drug.
So, if this base off of the coast of China gets taken out like many of the other bases, then you take away the reason for the need for the control & the fear. You eliminate the source of the problem.
No base, no Reptilians & Greys. No base, no need for perpetual control & fear. Pretty simple.

QUESTION: 5.) Can you tell me why these specific bases are more problematic than any others – are more of a challenge to take out? ANSWER: Both of these bases, the one south of the Saudi Arabian, UAE, Yemen, Oman peninsula, this is the one in the Gulf of Aden, and the one off of the coast of China -both are well fortified, re-enforced fortresses, if you will, deep under water bases located on the ocean floor. Each is a large operational, underwater base with a domed roof, and an energy shield protecting each base. They are simply well protected.
A Matter of Importance
But, taking out the Reptilian base on the floor of the ocean south of the Saudi Arabian, UAE, Yemen, Oman peninsula is a priority, a much more pressing matter. The reason is simple. As you know, Earth’s history continues to repeat itself year after year. The squabbling, the skirmishes in this region, these have gone on for thousands of years. And the original reasons for these skirmishes have gotten blown way out of proportion. With help from the Reptilian undersea base, as you can understand.
And, the constant ‘bombardment’ of this region with a highly disruptive -agitation, confusion, anger & fear based sonic energy beamed from the transmitter from this specific undersea base’ continues to escalate the possibility of full blown war in this region. Constant fighting, constant irritation, constant bickering’ even among their own people. And they don’t even realize what is going on. They don’t even know the reason why – The undersea base with its transmitter.
In closing, I’m going to quote the commander of primary Andromeda Council biosphere, when I asked him about this situation, he said,
“The people in this area are being played much like what you call ‘pawns on a chess board’, and they have no knowledge as to how, why, or how long this has taken place. We have to and we will put a stop to this. This undersea base will be taken out.
“Yes, outside parties, with outside interests, have attempted nuclear strikes in order to start a full-scale war in this region. Which we have stopped, disabled and neutralized their bombs, a few times. Yes, we had a ‘hand’ in this.
“Understand, a full-scale nuclear war cannot and will not happen in this region. We will not allow actions that permit nuclear war to start by either side. The impact would be far too great to your planet, your people, and the rest of your solar system. What you do on Earth affects us all.”
Anything else I might say about this situation would get into tactical or strategic information. I can’t and won’t do this.
The goal is simply to put an end to the mostly unknown, unaware ‘enslavement’ of the people of Earth.
And the end of this war in space is concluding with the destruction of the underground & undersea bases on Earth, and removal of these malevolent Reptilians and their regressive Grey associates from our world.

Andromedan Earth representative/contactee
The human representative of the Andromeda Council states he has been given the Andromedan name “Tolec.” Tolec comes from a very solid Earth human family. He is a 20 year professional of the computer software industry with experience in sales, marketing, finance, administration and operations, and is very well respected among his peers.
In a previous ExopoliticsTV interview, Tolec states he was first contacted in 1993 by his principal Andromedan contact who took him on three time travel journeys via Andromedan space craft to the 1840s western U.S. visiting the same 1840s family to observe their live journey.
Tolec states that his Andromeda contacts ended subsequent to the 1993 contacts until the Andromedan Council contacted him again in September 2010.
In that ExopoliticsTV interview, Tolec states that he receives information updates from his Andromeda Council contacts in a number of modalities:
(1) Telepathic communication with Andromedan representatives;
(2) Automatic writing from Andromedan representatives;
(3) Communication in the dream state with Andromedan representatives;
(4) Visions from the Andromedan representatives

Galactic Governance: What is the Andromeda Council?
The Andromeda Council is a reported galactic governance council composed of selected star system representatives that carry out governance and development functions in a selected areas of the populated and organized universe.

How to evaluate this report of police action to destroy the Draco & Hydra reptilian bases off of the Middle East and China
1. Congruent independent analysis regarding advanced ET frequency weapons destroying reptilian deep bases – Independent researchers have come to similar conclusions that previous Andromeda Council sonic beam weapons against deep bases under Washington, DC, Denver, CO and elsewhere are the result of advanced ET frequency weapons.
Therefore it is reasonable to conclude that the Andromeda Council’s police action with sonic beam weapons may have resulted in the destruction of the deep reptilian bases under Washington, DC on Aug. 23, 2011, under Denver, CO and elsewhere in the USA.

INTERNATIONAL COALITION BRINGING DOWN THE OLD WORLD ORDER
I am honored to present you with a true story about the awakening of humanity. The awakening is happening on a personal level… and on a collective level as well.
Collectively, world governments are becoming aware that they have been manipulated and lied to.
One of the greatest lies that has been perpetuated by the Powers that Were is that “everybody’s in on it” — all elected governments, leaders, officials, personnel, et cetera.
This is simply not true.
The real powers that have been running the world would never show their faces in an election. You will never see anyone above middle-management level in a race for public office.
Many, if not most elected officials are terrified of these hidden powers. They have been vigorously threatened with fates far worse than death — witnessing the gruesome results firsthand — if they should ever dare to oppose the Old World Order.
Russia, China, Brazil and India bravely led the charge with the BRIC alliance, which became BRICS when South Africa signed on. From this seed, we now have a massive international coalition involving the leaders of over 80 nations — and it’s growing by the day.
TWO DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVES ON THE SAME STORY
Together, these nations have formed a new alliance for justice. Their most important and significant goal is to utterly crush the ability to create money out of thin air. All currencies will soon be backed by tangible assets, such as precious metals and other commodities.
The entire system will be transparent for anyone with online access, so any one person can audit it and check for fraud. Coin money has already been made that will be a lot smaller than most of us are used to, but it will be from real gold and silver.
This plan was devised by people who had worked within the old system at a very high level, and have since broken away. (I cannot go into greater specifics at this time.) They knew exactly what the biggest problems were — and what we need to do in order to fix them.
I had heard about a similar-sounding plan from my own top-level insider sources for about the last two years. I sincerely hoped it would succeed, but we hadn’t really talked about it much since last year.
Up until recently, I was unaware that the 80-nation coalition Benjamin Fulford was talking about (see Part One) was organizing its financial recovery agenda through this exact same plan — working from the exact same blueprints I’ve been hearing about for so long.
I didn’t realize that both of these storylines were connected until I presented one of these insiders with a detailed summary of what I had written about in Part One.
“You just verbalized exactly what is going on, David. I wouldn’t have had the liberty to tell you all those details otherwise, as this is still very sensitive, but now that you already have been briefed on it, I can confirm that everything you’ve just said is true.”
The only point of discrepancy was that this contact had only heard that “about 50″ nations had signed on — but that information was several weeks old at the time. This made it line up even better with Fulford’s timeline of what nations got involved, and when.
WHAT, EXACTLY, ARE THEY DOING?
This is the first article I’ve written since finding out that the international coalition Fulford spoke about is using the exact same blueprint for financial reform that I’ve been discussing, off and on, for so long now — with my own insiders.
Now that I know how it all fits together, I’m even more excited about it than I was already. Fulford’s sources have now gotten a very significant validation from my own… and I believe this is no accident.
This will be the most substantial reformatting of the world’s financial system since the time of Babylon, where all the problems first originated… at least on this planet, in our so-called “modern” times.
In the new system, if you have 20 dollars — either in paper money or in your bank account — you can visit any one of a variety of warehouses storing materials and goods, and withdraw 20 dollars’ worth of assets from the warehouse.
You could get 20 dollars worth of corn. Or wheat. Or potatoes. Or silver. Or gold. Or rice. Et cetera. The coin money will already be made of precious metals. (Putin has had the vast majority of the Russian military secretly mining precious metals for years now.)
A BASKET OF COMMODITIES
This might not sound any different than going to the grocery store, but the difference is extremely substantial. No currency in the world will be issued unless it has the direct backing of hard assets — held in storage as collateral against the value of the money.
This is not unlike the idea of a Gold Standard — and in fact, gold will be used in tiny coins — but there is not enough gold to run the world’s financial systems appropriately at this point. That problem will only intensify as growth continues.
It is very important that all money is tied in with real things: stuff that actually exists, has real value, and sits in a warehouse somewhere, and / or is contained within the money itself, so that anyone who uses the money has real value to gain from it.
Technically, the term I heard is that every financial system in the world will be “tethered to a basket of commodities.”
This one simple move will utterly crush the Illuminati and all other shadow factions. The playing field will finally be leveled.
Legitimate wealth, such as what ordinary people or even most well-to-do people have in the bank, will not be affected by this change.
If you have money in the bank, those assets will still be yours when the changeover is made — except they will soon have a lot more purchasing power than they did before in the old, corrupt system.
All of this is but a brief transitional phase as we move into what will ultimately be a moneyless system… as I will explain in Part Three.

“ASSHOLE HIPPIES FROM OUTER SPACE”
One of the most exciting things I’ve been hearing about lately is that a ten-mile-wide spherical UFO is now parked in upper Earth orbit.
Over 200 smaller craft have been seen coming and going from the mothership, thanks to round doors opening and closing.
This was all witnessed by personnel within the International Space Station, among others. (There are plenty of optics onboard that can see craft that would otherwise be “cloaked” from the conventional visible-light spectrum.)
One of my own staff sent me a writeup of a dream that described this exact scenario in stunning detail — and they had no idea that I’d already heard the same thing from insiders.
It has become very difficult to piece together exactly what is going on, since there has been a significant clamp-down on information in the insider community — and the “need-to-know basis” has now become much more stringent.
However, we do know that some aspects of the military-industrial complex have made contact with these people… and literally described them as “Asshole Hippies from Outer Space.”

COMPASSION SEEN AS A WEAKNESS
The military mindset adores drama and intrigue. They love to feel they are in an epic struggle against a villain that is Evil Incarnate.
Apparently, what pisses them off the most is that their underground bases are now being wiped out, in ever-increasing numbers, by people who speak softly of love and peace, keep trying to get them to open their hearts, but are also refusing to take no for an answer.
It’s literally the equivalent of their greatest, most secure blast doors in the deepest underground bunkers being torn open… and then in walks a bunch of Greenpeace, earth-loving, blissed-out, attractive, young-looking humans who speak to them like they were children.

THE UNDERGROUND BASES
According to our best, most trusted insiders, these same “tree-hugging” ETs have now been clearing out underground facilities around the world. The first two were near Washington, DC and Denver, Colorado.
This occurred on the same day my new book, The Source Field Investigations, was released. This was a great shock to me as the story began coming together over the following weeks.
As I explained in Part One, and as Fulford’s sources confirmed, each of these bases were destroyed by an explosive force that caused massive surface earthquakes — including the largest East Coast earthquake in a century.
These earthquakes had very unusual properties that were identical to what we see after underground nukes have been detonated. However, we also now know that no radiation was involved.
EVERYTHING APPARENTLY GOT PORTALED OUT
Audio recordings of what occurred inside these bases were captured before their destruction.
As a result, the insiders now know that for 24 hours before each of these bases was destroyed, they heard massive sounds of sliding furniture — and people yelling and screaming.
Part of what is so strange about this is that even tables that were bolted to the floor were unscrewed and removed. All that was left behind was furniture that was broken.
By putting two and two together, it appears that massive portals were created inside these bases. All the materials and all the personnel were pulled out before the first two facilities were destroyed.
The destruction, as I said, was apparently caused by a spontaneous 20-fold increase in air pressure.
SIX MORE BASES WERE SUBSEQUENTLY WIPED OUT
The next reliable piece of information that came in was that the Powers that Were refused to surrender, even after this very impressive show of invincible force.
I have been told that the amount of equipment — including craft that would have been used to fake an alien invasion — that was cleared out in the first two events alone was enough to constitute a critical, irreversible defeat for them.
Nonetheless, they still refused to give up. Perhaps they’ve watched too many sports games and still want to live by the old adage that “it ain’t over ’til it’s over.”
Six additional bases, not restricted to the United States, were then cleared out after the first two.
We do not know when this happened, where it happened, and whether or not they were physically destroyed — only that all the materials and personnel were removed.
MANY MORE HAVE NOW BEEN CLEARED
Right near the end of September, the next wave occurred — and this time it was much more significant. I was given an exact number and asked not to repeat it. In order to preserve the integrity and trust of my sources, I will withhold these specifics.
Suffice it to say that within a short period of time, perhaps all in the same day, a significantly larger number of bases were all cleared out.
The reports, again, are the same: audio recordings reveal the sounds of furniture sliding all over the place and people yelling. In this case, the bases are still there, but all the materials, spacecraft, et cetera have all been removed — except for the broken furniture.
Knowing the extreme integrity and trustworthiness that has been built up with these sources, I was so overwhelmed by this news that I completely “lost it” and burst into tears when I first heard about this.
Part of me lamented for the staff who went through fear and terror as they were pulled into these portals. I am saddened by the fact that so few of them are even aware that this is happening at all… and only find out once it is happening to them.
I also cried tears of relief in knowing that we are truly being guided and protected — and that the most significant events in thousands of years of this “war” are now happening.
IT WILL PROBABLY BECOME PUBLIC IN STAGES
Bear in mind that the final results of all this “inside” work may not immediately be obvious.
However, these “Asshole Hippies from Outer Space” are making it possible for this international coalition of 80 countries to actually succeed in their efforts.
It seems very unlikely that the bridge detonations will be allowed to occur. The Powers that Were still don’t understand that any one plan they have is nothing more than a job application.
Any application that would create too much damage, or give them too much of an unfair advantage, will be rejected.
In order to keep this “illusion” going for so long, the higher forces have been extraordinarily clever at masking their “interventions” so as to make them look like they happened by strictly natural, terrestrial means.
Therefore, I expect we will see some additional drama as the whole financial debacle reaches its apex. At some point, there will most likely be an announcement… and the world will never be the same.
I imagine that there will be a decent bit of time for us to absorb this news before we move on to a full, complete Disclosure… but I will write more about this aspect of the story in later updates.
