UPDATE FRIDAY 10:08PM EDT

$730 raised at 9am Idaho time this morning. More updates to come possibly in 1 to 2 hours. Eva got in contact with my friend whom said he should be able to keep Bill out after he is out. So we still need only $1270 donations to get Bill out now.

UPDATE FRIDAY 8:50PM EDT

My offer to help a month ago could not be used for Bill was in holding, which Eva tells me in itself was illegal for that period of time (30 odd days). The person who I was told helped get people out of Jail in 1 day now tells me this is not his area of expertise. He suggested Winston Shrout or Jene Keating for habeus corpus and such. If anyone can offer help in this area directly then please get in contact with me thankyouwhiteknights@gmail.com

I just found this explanation in the below original facebook post that should help explain why only $2000 is needed now of the total $20,000.

“If I recall correctly, the bond process works like this. At your hearing the judge sets a bond amount, in this case 20,000. This is to make sure that you appear for the trial. If you post the full amount, it is held until trial and refunded when it ends. If you cannot post the full amount, you can work with a bail bonding company. They usually require 10 percent of the total as a bonding fee which is nonrefundable. They then put up the bond amount so you get out of jail. You still have to appear for the trial. If you don’t, Bail is forfeited and the bonding Co. loses the 20,000. That’s when they send the bounty hunters after you to drag you back in so they can recoup their money. This does not clear Bill of anything, it just gets him out of jail until his trial date.”

I have also been in phone contact today with Eva trying to help her get in contact with a friend of a friend who may be able to help get Bill out per my original offer a month ago. Eva is offline and driving somewhere for a weekend event, so may not be able to reply online till Monday or Tuesday I guess.

TYWK- We have been trying to get in contact with Eva at 11pm EDT in order to find out if Bill is out or not. Please be patient till I can update you. Keep refreshing this page if you are not following the facebook posts on this. I thought he must be out  from the quoted message that I copied from Pat below and in order to do the below youtube that Eva uploaded June 18 (that I also have questions about like when it was done and if lately after he went in how. I assume it was done before he went in).

Okay, I just heard from EVA. She says that the bond is 20K and we need to raise $2,000 = I guess through paypal ASAP – to secure the bond. Can we do that?

 NOW TO WHAT IS GOING ON WITH BILL

TYWK-I have just been chatting with Pat Donworth whom has been in contact with Eva Moore. So I am lining up interviews probably tonight [I will be up all night] to be done by myself or I suggested Lisa M Harrison . I can also email all the big bloggers like kauilapele, NESARA NEWS’s John Machaffie and American Kabuki too. I have no contact with 2012scenario.com, but am friends with Cosmic Vision News reporter on Facebook.

I do know someone who has helped with a Bond before as I told Eva long ago whom got someone out of jail in 1 day. I expect Eva would have told Bill this for sure. However Bill wanted to pursue the changing of the law in order to help others in the same situation and I totally understand and admire him for facing his fears and taking that on. It was difficult however Eva said to discuss this with Bill while he was in. I can understand if he has changed his desires. I am very happy he is out and look forward to talking later with them both.
