AMSTERDAM (Dow Jones)–Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte and his cabinet Monday tendered their resignation to Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands, after his ruling coalition lost support of a far-right party due to disagreements over new budget measures.
Right-wing Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte and his cabinet resigned on Monday after failing to reach agreement on reducing the country’s budget, paving the way for new elections.
AFP - Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte’s liberal government resigned on Monday after the collapse of its parliamentary partnership with a far-right party over austerity measures.
The premier, who has faced mounting pressure for weeks over demands that he bring the budget deficit within European Union lines, tendered his cabinet’s resignation at a two-hour afternoon meeting with Queen Beatrix at her Hague palace.
The turmoil has raised fears that the Netherlands’ gold plated triple A credit rating could be in danger. It is one of only four eurozone countries to still retain AAA status among the three main credit rating agencies.
After Rutte left the palace, the Dutch government’s information service said in a statement: “Prime Minister Mark Rutte has offered to her Majesty the Queen the resignation of all ministers and deputy ministers with immediate effect.”
“The Queen is considering the resignation, but has asked all ministers and deputy ministers to continue to do everything that is necessary in the interests of the kingdom,” the statement added.
The resignation had been widely expected since the weekend when Rutte acknowledged that a rift with anti-Islam politician Geert Wilders’ Freedom Party would likely lead to early elections, otherwise due in May 2015.
Although not part of the ruling coalition, Wilders’ party had effectively guaranteed the government’s majority for the last 18 months by agreeing to support it in parliament.
That arrangement came to an abrupt halt at the weekend when talks on a new package of austerity measures foundered.
A debate has now been scheduled for 2.00 pm (1200 GMT) on Tuesday before the Lower House in which Rutte is expected to address MPs.
“The ball is now in parliament’s court,” Finance Minister Jan Kees de Jager told reporters, adding that he hoped to have “more clarity” on Tuesday on the austerity package, for which Brussels gave an April 30 deadline.
Rutte’s liberal VVD party, its coalition partner the Christian Democrats and Wilders’ Freedom Party had been negotiating on a near-daily basis, in private, for seven weeks but divisions were made public when Wilders walked out on Saturday.
Rutte, Verhagen and Wilders had held near daily talks at the premier’s official Catshuis residence in a bid to reach agreement on how to cut 16 billion euros (U$21 billion) from the budget, which stood at 4.7 percent of gross domestic product for 2011.
The EU’s deficit ceiling is three percent of GDP.
The talks had been in their final stages when Wilders dropped his political bombshell and the Dutch press said on Monday the country was still in shock.
A visibly upset Rutte told reporters Saturday: “I have to inform you today that the three parties have failed to come to common answers.”
Elections now seemed likely, he added.
The austerity package at the centre of the row included a slight raise in Value-Added Tax (VAT), a freeze on civil servants’ wages and a cut in spending in both the health and development aid sectors.
“The plan is not in the interest of (Freedom Party) voters,” Wilders announced at a press conference, held at the same time on Saturday afternoon.
“We cannot live up to the demands Brussels is putting on us. Money is being taken from the wallets of pensioners.”
“We remain confident that the Dutch government will continue its efforts to adopt measures, not to please Brussels or win votes in an election, but because this is beneficial to the country’s economy and to its citizens,” Amadeu Altafaj, spokesman for European Commissionner for Economic and Financial Affairs Olli Rehn said in Brussels.
Rutte’s government was sworn in in October 2010 following the fall of the then prime minister Jan Peter Balkenende in February that year in a dispute over continued military support to NATO forces in Afghanistan.
Wilders’ eurosceptic party support had ensured that Rutte’s coalition had a one seat majority in the 150-seat parliament up until March 21 when one of its deputies resigned.

The technical suspension of trading to be extended
(Reuters) – Russia‘s MICEX-RTS exchange suspended trading on its main stock market section on Monday at 1156 GMT for one hour until the end of the main trading session, the exchange’s spokesman said.
The exchange, which calculates both Russia’s benchmark indexes RTS and MICEX, said in a statement on its website that the trading was suspended due to “a problem in displaying orders and deals in the main stock market section.” (Reporting by Zlata Garasyuta; Writing by Andrey Ostroukh)

This will happen at the time of the Event and is actually part of the operation.
Day 1
When the critical mass of pressure is exerted upon the Federal Reserve it will be forced to repay debt that it owes to people due to its fraudulent operations. Since Fed does not have money to repay that debt, it will go bankrupt. This will trigger a chain reaction of BIS, IMF, World Bank and all central banks worldwide going bankrupt also.
Extreme volatility in markets will result in a worldwide stock market crash. Stock exchanges will close, including NYSE. All financial instruments such as options and credit default swaps will be zeroed out.
All shadow accounts will be closed and zeroed out. All public bank accounts of the Cabal will be seized. All foreclosures will be frozen, as well as all public and private debt (mortgages, loans, credit card debt).
Day 2-7
Banks will be closed and there will be a lot of uncertainty and confusion. Some businesses will be temporarily closed. Some of those that remain open may accept cash, other will only accept gold or silver coins. Credit cards will not be accepted as the system will go down. There might be moderate problems with distribution chain, it is wise to stock up some food and gasoline.

New financial system will be introduced. It will be backed up with Yamashita gold. That gold will be stored in locations that are not to be disclosed yet. Yamashita gold will not be traded in open markets. Basket of currencies such as US dollar, Euro, British pound, Swiss franc, Japanese yen and Chinese yuan will form the basis of this new system.
Those banks that did not have strong connections with Federal Reserve and did not go bankrupt will reopen. They will not be allowed to charge interest. All their accounting will be fully transparent to the public. Stock market will not reopen.
Revaluation will take place. It means that the exchange rates between various currencies will change, but not drastically They will reflect more truly the real productivity of nations. Iraqi Dinar will not gain much value, contrary to speculations of many people. Federal Reserve notes, Euro banknotes and other banknotes will be widely accepted, until they are phased out in a few months and new money is printed.
All fair business agreements, contracts and responsibilities worldwide will be kept valid and will be respected. Those business agreements that involve criminal or fraudulent interactions with the Cabal will be cancelled, null and void.
In a few weeks
Multinationals will be obliged to buy back their shares and this will effectively force them to go bankrupt. They will be split and healthy portions of those companies will be nationalized in their own countries.
The existence of Global Settlement funds will be then introduced to the public. Those funds include about $ 70 trillion from old money patriots connected to the Positive Military, $ 100 trillion from White Dragon Society and Templar groups, $ 120 trillion from Resistance Movement and $ 10 trillion from Saint Germain Trust. Global Settlement funds will also include all money and assets from the Cabal.
Global Settlement funds will be used for many purposes. First, all national, public and private debt will be paid off worldwide. After that, all people will receive restitution for all theft and criminal activity against them by the former Cabal. Then prosperity funds will be released and humanitarian, environmental and new advanced technology projects funded. Part of the money from Saint Germain Trust will go directly to Lightworkers, the rest of it will fund projects connected to the introduction of the First Contact.
You can look to the people of the arks for safety, and you can look to us for guidance and instruction of how to better prepare and how to proceed through the days ahead. We do not wish to see any harm or any undue inconvenience brought to you, and we have the technologies and the resources to allow each one of you to proceed smoothly through the transition ahead.
There is absolutely no reason to be nervous or fearful of the days ahead. There is absolutely nothing that we cannot handle together. When we share this kind of information with you we expect a certain level of fear to arise, but we also expect you to be able to handle this kind of matter and deal with it and make suitable choices that will lead you to the way you wish to experience your journey. What we do not want is any kind of panic at all, as this will not be conducive to a smooth and efficient procedure. Think back of your days in elementary school where you calmly and quietly practiced a fire drill over and over throughout the many grades. This is how we would like to proceed in the days ahead, and we do not say see any reason that the temporary relocations of certain areas around your world cannot proceed just like these fire drills you practiced so often as children.
We will have plenty of opportunity to fully brief you on which areas we believe will be susceptible, and you will fully understand your options and precisely how you can proceed. There will be plenty of time to make your decision, and there will be plenty of time to begin this relocation process. Where you will go and remain safely for the short time period of some seismic activity around your planet we will also discuss in detail with you. We will say that these areas will be perfectly suited for your needs and will be quite comfortable for you. We would not have it any other way as you are our family, our brothers and sisters, and we wish for you to be as comfortable as possible. Give us this opportunity to assist you in this way without fearing us, without distrusting us, and everything will be just fine and there will be no reason to be concerned for the safety of you and your families.
We have performed operations such as this many times before in the past, and we are quite experienced at just how to proceed in this matter. You will be led every step of the way and watched over and protected throughout this relocation process. There will be those of you who instead choose to view the days ahead in fear and distress, and we must honor those who choose to proceed into the days ahead in this way. We ask you, our Lightworkers in the field, to act as Wayshowers to show the others another way, the way that you are choosing to proceed and experience the days before you. Show them this way, and many will choose to follow you and experience the days ahead through the eyes of love, of courage, of centered emotion and stability. There will be many who look to you for answers and for support, and we ask you to utilize all the gifts that you have, all the skills that you have honed, and all the wisdom you have acquired and adequately read just what it is this soul requires to get them through these days as calmly and fearlessly as possible and offer this soul just what it is they need.
Many of you have trained many lifetimes for this opportunity to apply what you have learned. This opportunity is already upon you now as many are beginning to learn that there are yet a few challenges ahead for you, and they are already reaching out and looking for answers, understandings and support. We ask you, our Lightworkers, to look for these souls as they look for you. Reach out to them and feel what it is they need at this time to ease their emotions and calm themselves with reassurance that everything is going to be all right, for indeed, everything will be all right.
The days ahead are a window for all of you to move through into a new day of bliss and wonder, incredible possibilities and opportunities. This window is wide open for you, and it is large enough for your entire planet to slip through into your new day. We are here to do everything we can to assist you and your planet make this as smooth and as easy as a transition as is possible, and each and every day we work diligently towards this goal. We take no days off and we do not waste any time seeing to every task that needs to be accomplished, and we assure you that all tasks will be fully completed well in time and nothing or no one can or will stand in the way of your big day. You have our word that we will do everything within our power to see to this, and that there is no obstacle that can or will present itself that together we cannot remove from our path.
Soon we will be working together on these tasks and you will witness for yourself each obstacle that today stands in your way of ascension being removed smoothly and efficiently one by one. On April 19, 2012, I did a radio interview with Robert Stanley on Unicus Radio.
Apparently something was happening with his set-up. My Skype connection was dropped several times and then finally the whole show went down. Robert continued a while later but by then I had departed thinking the show was more or less over. What an interesting experience!
My own part in the program ends abruptly as I was discussing the vision experience in 1987.

Robert has had numerous experiences with UFOs, galactics, and out-of-body travel.
We discussed OOBEs, what to expect in 2012, the galactics, the false portrayal of the American military as “invincible,” the planetary transformation, and related topics.
Everything continues to build up to the point that what is happening where the arrests are concerned, cannot be ignored for much longer by the media. We not only want their support, but events reported as they truly happen and with a truthful explanation. Eventually we will provide our own services to ensure our actions are not misrepresented, but meantime we welcome and thank those of the Light who are in the forefront of revelations through the Internet. Sometimes the reports are somewhat speculative, which means that you must still be discerning in how you interpret them. By and large they will be reliable, but you must still watch out for deliberate disinformation.
We are more active now than ever before where your safety and wellbeing is concerned. Since a lot of our work is covertly carried out, you cannot know the extent to which we go but we do lessen the effects of pollution whether air or seaborne. When we have fully stopped activities that cause pollution, then we can set to work and complete our projects to completely eliminate their effects. We are looking to various sources to contemplate disclosure, and prepare the public for its coming. Shock can no longer be considered as the outcome to disclosure, as sightings of our craft have been so widespread for many years now. Also we continue to show ourselves more frequently than ever, and even over more densely inhabited areas.
Levels of consciousness continue to increase, and that has been expected in view of the amount of Light that has been directed to Earth in more recent years. It touches the heart strings of many people, who have noticed changes within themselves. Some fight it and are set in their ways, but when the truth comes out regarding the purpose of life we expect many to open up. Another important aspect is the acceptance that life is ongoing, and that there is no such thing as death where the soul is concerned. That should release people who live in fear of it, and do not understand that you are not just your body.
You are wonderful spiritual beings who have so much more potential than you realise, and when you ascend you will be at a level where you can exercise it. There will be few restrictions on your freedom to travel where you like, and you can undertake almost any challenge that will further your spiritual evolution. Naturally, wiser heads than yours are at your call, and the Masters will give you the benefit of their experience. Many of you already serve under one of them and belong to their groups. Group work is a feature of your service to others when you reach the higher realms. Even on Earth you will no doubt agree that you find yourselves attracted to like kinds.
We of the Galactic Federation are also drawn to work together, and with our different experiences the group energy is very powerful. Because of the number of new civilizations joining us we can enjoy learning of their ways of life. There is also the sharing of new technologies, and it is amazing how different ideas are developed, as for example the many types of craft you see in your skies. Believe us Dear Ones, life is far from boring or lacking excitement when you rise up. Indeed, it is very satisfying and enjoyable, and carried out with love for the many forms of life we meet. Your future may not necessarily lay with us, but as you are members of our Federation you can join us if that is your desire.
We want to see our allies mount a massive drive to once and for all clear out all of the dark Ones, so that those of you who serve the Light can lead the people through the last days of this cycle. The White Brotherhood has long arranged for the right souls to be on Earth, and be ready to take up their posts and ensure a rightful ending to duality as you know it. The dark Ones are not the only ones that can organize themselves for maximum affect, and the Light has also long planned for this time. There was always going to be a victory for the Light, but with your granted freewill the future was not always predictable. Until the Millennium passed by it was not clear how you would progress, and although the darkness thickened you rose up magnificently to pursue the path of Light. The dark Ones would seem to have taken over, but you stood up to them and against the odds have come out of it victorious. It only remains to clear up the mess after the Illuminati have been removed, and in that we are totally with you.
We know that with Ascension approaching some parents express concern about their children, and that is understandable. Let us explain that they are as every other soul at this time, following their life plan. They chose who to be with and they would have known about their future as well as yours. Look upon them as souls simply becoming acclimatised to Earth life, with as much potential if not more than yours. Certainly over the last 30 years or more, many souls have been chosen to join you at this special time because of their highly evolved state. They are needed to bring out their Light, and help the awakening of other souls whose consciousness levels need lifting up. The whole process of Ascension has required an army of Lightworkers to put it on a firm footing.
There is in reality no need to worry about any other soul whether they be young or old, and about their place in Ascension. All of you came to Earth knowing fully well what the challenges would be, and what your karmic lessons would entail. You are all fully equipped to deal with your life plan, and you have a number of Guides who help ensure it all works out successfully for you. Even some souls adventures with the dark energies would have been known beforehand, and that is also a karmic situation. Experience comes very hard at times, but that is how you learn and progress spiritually. If in this life time you have erred, recognise your mistakes and forgive yourself and you can still step on the path to Ascension. Put mistakes behind you, and be sure that given the same circumstances you would not make them again.
